La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 2015 James Bond movie Spectre directed by Sam Mendes and starring Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, Léa Seydoux, Naomie Harris, Christoph Waltz, David Bautista, Monica Bellucci and Andrew Scott. The 10th Anniversary Expanded Edition album features the remastered and expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Thomas Newman (The Shawshank Redemption, American Beauty, Finding Nemo, Skyfall, Wall-E, Meet Joe Black, Road to Perdition, The Horse Whisperer) , including previously unreleased music, as well as an alternate cue and a source cue. Also included is Sam Smith’s Academy Award-winning title song Writing’s on the Wall. The 2-CD set, which is limited to 5,000 copies, is now available to order at 007Store.com and on the label’s official website, where you can also find out more about the release and listen to audio samples. Decca Records has previously released the original 2015 soundtrack album. Spectre is now available on VOD, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD.
