Varèse Sarabande and Craft Recordings have announced the premiere vinyl edition of the soundtrack album for the third season of the ABC drama Lost created by Jeffrey Lieber, J.J. Abrams & Damon Lindelof and starring Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly, Josh Holloway, Terry O’Quinn, Naveen Andrews, Dominic Monaghan, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim and Jorge Garcia. The soundtrack features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Academy Award and Emmy Award winner Michael Giacchino (Up, Ratatouille, The Batman, Spider-Man: Far from Home, Jurassic World, Star Trek, The Incredibles). The 2-LP set, which is pressed on “Forest Green” vinyl and comes packaged in a gatefold jacket featuring the creative notes from the original 2006 CD release by Giacchino and producers Lindelof & Carlton Cuse, will be released in conjunction with the season’s 20th anniversary on July 24 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The label has previously released double vinyl of the Lost: Season 1 soundtrack in 2024 and Season 2 album last year. Lost is currently available to stream in the U.S. on Hulu and Disney+.
