Anna Meredith (Eighth Grade, The End We Start From, Tuesday, Living with Yourself) has provided the original score for the upcoming romantic fantasy comedy Wicker. The film is written and directed by Eleanor Wilson & Alex Huston Fischer (Save Yourselves!) and stars Olivia Colman, Alexander Skarsgård, Peter Dinklage, Elizabeth Debicki, Nabhaan Rizwan and Marli Siu. The movie is based on Ursula Wills’ short story The Wicker Husband and revolves around a fisherwoman who asks a basketmaker to weave her a husband. Colman is also producing the Topic Studios production with Ed Sinclair (Wicked Little Letters, Landscapers), Tom Carver (The Roses), , David Michod (Animal Kingdom, The Rover),Justin Lothrop & Brent Stiefel (Christy, Tow), Brad Zimmerman, Ryan Heller (Splitsville, Theater Camp), Lia Buman (Spaceman, His Three Daughters) Tim Headington (Hugo, The Green Knight) and Andrea Cornwell & Oliver Kassman (Love Lies Bleeding, Saint Maud). Wicker will premiere next month at the 2026 Sundance Film Festival.
