Siddhartha Khosla (Only Murders in the Building, Paradise, The Idea of You, Rabbit Hole, Welcome to Chippendales, Looking for Alaska) has teamed up with Alan DeMoss (Government Cheese, A Family Affair) to score the new Disney+ original movie A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The film is directed by Jessica Yu (Quiz Show) and stars Kevin Jonas, Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas, Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Andrew Barth Feldman, KJ Apa, Laverne Cox, Andrea Martin, Kenny G,Randall Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. Justin Tranter serves as the project’s executive music producer. As previously reported, Hollywood Records & Republic Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the movie today.Isaac Aptaker & Elizabeth Berger (Love, Simon, Turtles All the Way Down) wrote the screenplay and are also producing the film with the Jonas Brothers, Adam Fishbach, Spencer Berman and Scott Morgan. Khosla has previously scored the Aptaker- & Berger-produced NBC drama This Is Us and the 2022 feature I Want You Back. A Very Jonas Christmas Movie is premiering today on Disney+ and Hulu.
Khosla’s other upcoming projects include Michael Showalter’s Oh. What. Fun. (to premiere on December 3 on Prime Video) and Skydance Animation’s feature Swapped (to premiere next year on Netflix).
