Sony Masterworks will release a soundtrack album for the holiday comedy Oh. What. Fun. The album features the songs from the movie, including Gwen Stefani’s original track Shake the Snow Globe (already out now as a digital single exclusively on Amazon Music), Sharon Van Etten’a cover of The Carpenters’ 2000 Miles (to be released tomorrow and embedded after the jump), as well as songs performed by The Bird and the Bee, St. Vincent, The Wang Family, Jeff Tweedy, Empress Of, Weyes Blood & others. The soundtrack will be released digitally on December 3 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Mutant will release a vinyl edition, which is available for pre-order here. Oh. What. Fun. is co-written and directed by Michael Showalter and stars Michelle Pfeiffer, Felicity Jones, Dominic Sessa, Chloë Grace Moretz, Joan Chen, Denis Leary, Danielle Brooks, Havana Rose Liu, Eva Longoria, Devery Jacobs, Maude Apatow and Jason Schwartzman. The film follows a chaotic, lovable family family who make a crucial mistake when they leave the mother home alone. The movie (scored by Siddhartha Khosla) will premiere on December 3 exclusively on Prime Video.
