Lakeshore Records will release a new soundtrack album for the AMC original series The Walking Dead: Dead City. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Ian Hultquist (Assassination Nation, Dickinson, Turtles All the Way Down, Rosaline, One of Us Is Lying, All of You, Night Teeth, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Good Girls). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 24 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. Milan Records has previously released an album featuring Hultquist’s score from Season 1 back in 2023. The Walking Dead: Dead City is created by Eli Jorné and stars Lauren Cohan, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Gaius Charles, Mahina Anne Marie Napoleon, Željko Ivanek, Lisa Emery, Dascha Polanco, Logan Kim and Kim Coates. Season 2 of The Walking Dead sequel, which follows Maggie & Negan as they find themselves trapped on opposite sides, premiered this past May & June on AMC and is also available to stream on AMC+. A third season has already been ordered.
