EX Limited & The Hubsters have released the first-ever soundtrack album for the 2002 Chinese drama Zhou Yu’s Train co-written and directed by Sun Zhou and starring Gong Li, Tony Leung Ka-Fai and Sun Honglei. The album features the film’s original music composed by Shigeru Umebayashi (In the Mood for Love, House of Flying Daggers, The Grandmaster, 2046, Curse of the Golden Flowers). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. Zhou Yu’s Train first opened in Chinese theaters in 2002 and was released n U.S. theaters by Sony Pictures Classics. The movie is now available on Blu-ray and DVD.
