Nonesuch Records will release a soundtrack album for Paul Thomas Anderson’s thriller One Battle After Another. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Jonny Grennwood (There Will Be Blood, Phantom Thread, The Power of the Dog, The Master, Inherent Vice, Spencer, Licorice Pizza, You Were Never Really Here). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 26 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the title track below. A CD version is set to come out on November 14 and is available for pre-order on Amazon and a double vinyl edition (to be released on the same day) is available to order here. One Battle After Another is written and directed by Anderson and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, Teyana Taylor, Chase Infiniti, Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall, Wood Harris and Alana Haim. The movie follows a washed-up revolutionary who exists in a state of stoned paranoia as he scrambles to find his spirited self-reliant daughter who goes missing when his evil nemesis resurfaces after sixteen years. The thriller is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Warner Bros. Pictures.
