Composer Anthony Willis (M3GAN, How to Train Your Dragon: Homecoming, One Last Night) is reteaming with director Emerald Fennell on the upcoming film adaptation of Emily Brontë’s 1847 novel Wuthering Heights. The movie is written and directed by Fennell and stars Margot Robbie, Jacob Elordi, Hong Chau, Shazad Latif, Alison Oliver, Martin Clunes and Ewan Mitchell. Charli XCX is contributing original songs to the drama. No plot details have been announced yet. Fennell and Robbie are also producing the project with Josey McNamara (Barbie, My Old Ass) for LuckyChap Entertainment Production. Willis has previously scored Fennell’s first two features, Promising Young Woman and Saltburn. Wuthering Heights will be released in theaters nationwide on February 13, 2026 by Warner Bros. Pictures.
Willis’ other recent projects include John-Michael Powell’s Violent Ends, which is currently awaiting a release date.
