Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, RipleyLegion, For All Mankind,  The Night OfZero Day) has composed the original score for the new Hulu limited series The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox. The show is created by KJ Steinberg (This Is Us, Mistresses) and stars Grace Van Patten, Sharon Horgan, Francesco Acquaroli, John Hoogenakker, Giuseppe De Domenico and Roberta Mattei. The 8-part drama is inspired by the story of how Amanda Knox was wrongfully convicted for the tragic murder of her roommate, Meredith Kercher, and her 16-year odyssey to set herself free. Steinberg is also executive producing the 20th Television production with Warren Littlefield (The Handmaid’s Tale, Dopesick), Lisa Harrison (Carnival of Souls), Ann Johnson & Graham Littlefield (The Old Man), Monica Lewinsky, Knox & Chris Robinson, as well as Michael Uppendahl (Impeachment: American Crime Story, Candy) who also directed multiple episodes. The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox will premiere this coming Wednesday, August 20 exclusively on Hulu.
