Composer David Holmes (Killing EveHunger, Analyze That, MarloweDiane) is reuniting with director Steven Soderbergh on the upcoming British comedy The Christophers. The film starring Michaela Coel, Ian McKellen, Jessica Gunning & James Corden follows the heirs of a once-famous painter who hire a forger to complete his unfinished works so they can be discovered and sold after his death. Ed Solomon (Men in Black, Full Circle) wrote the screenplay. Jim Parks and Iain Canning  (The King’s Speech, The Power of the Dog) are producing the project. Holmes has previously collaborated with Soderbergh on the features Out of Sight, the Ocean’s trilogy, Logan Lucky, Haywire, No Sudden Move, The Laundromat, as well as this year’s Black Bag and the TV series Mosaic. The Christophers will premiere this September at the Toronto International Film Festival.
