A24 Music has released the original title song from Spike Lee’s crime thriller Highest 2 Lowest. The track produced & arranged by Howard Drossin and co-written (with Nicole Daciana Anderson) and performed by British singer/songwriter Aiyana-Lee (who also appears in the film) and is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the full track after the jump. Several different soundtrack albums featuring the songs and score from the movie will be coming out on August 15. Highest 2 Lowest is directed by Lee, written by Alana Fox based on Akira Kurosawa’s feature High and Low and the novel King’s Ransom by Ed McBainand stars Denzel Washington, Jeffrey Wright, Ilfenesh Hadera, and A$AP Rocky. The movie premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and will be released in select theaters on August 15 before premiering on September 5 on Apple TV+.
