22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy/mockumentary I Love Peru. The album features the film’s original music composed by Théodore Vibert. I Love Peru is written and directed by Hugo David & Raphaël Quenar and follows a quirky actor who abandons his most loyal allies and – after getting struck by a disturbing vision – travels to Peru for a spiritual journey. The movie premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival and opened in French theaters last Wednesday. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
