B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French drama The Islanders (Belladone). The album features the film’s original music composed by Quentin Sirjacq (Asphalt City, BrotherMade in China, I Feel Better) & Nicolas Becker (Sound of MetalA Prayer Before Dawn, Earwig, Memory House). The Islanders is written and directed by Alanté Kavaïté and stars Nadia Tereszkiewicz, Dali Benssalah, Miou-Miou, Daphné Patakia and Patrick Chesnais. The movie revolves around a woman taking care of a group of elderly people on a remote island off the coast of France. The drama just opened in French theaters last Wednesday. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
