Globomedia has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish drama The 47 (El 47). The album features the film’s original music composed by Arnau Bataller (The Vault, [REC] 4: Apocalypse, A Perfect Day, Killer Book Club, Wake Up, Prey, The Chosen). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. The 47 is written and directed by Marcel Barrena and stars Eduard Fernández, Clara Segura, Salva Reina, Zoe Bonafonte and Aimar Vega. The movie tells the story of a social activist bus driver as he grows increasingly outraged at the neglect faced by immigrant communities outside Barcelona’s city center whose neighborhoods had only just achieved running water. The MediaPro Studio production just opened in Spanish theaters this past weekend. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
