Gabriel Mann (Modern Family, A Million Little Things, Rectify, Better Nate Than Never, Tiny Beautiful Things) has composed the original score for the upcoming Netflix interactive special Choose Love. The romantic comedy is directed by Stuart McDonald (A Perfect Pairing) and stars Laura Marano, Avan Jogia, Jordi Webber, Scott Michael Foster, Megan Smart, Nell Fisher, Benjamin Hoetjes and Blair Strang. The movie follows a woman who seemingly has it all and faces a kaleidoscope of tempting but tough choices: from serious ethical dilemmas to the frivolous “Truth or Dare.” Josann McGibbon (Three Men and a Little Lady, Runaway Bride) wrote the screenplay. McGibbon is also producing the project with Robyn Snyder & Deborah Evans (Afterlife of the Party), Mel Turner (Falling Inn Love) and Axel Paton. Choose Love will premiere on August 31, 2023 on Netflix.
Mann also continues to score Disney+’s High School Musical: The Musical – The Series , which is returning for its fourth and final season on August 9 and is expected to compose the music for the second season of Netflix’s Uncoupled.
