Matthew Margeson (Kingsman, Rocketman, Eddie the Eagle, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Pam & Tommy) is scoring the new Peacock original series Bupkis. The show is written by Pete Davidson, showrunner Judah Miller (Crashing) & Dave Sirus (The King of Staten Island) and stars Davidson himself, Edie Falco and Joe Pesci. The comedy follows Davidson as he attempts to work through unique family dynamics and the complexities of fame to form meaningful relationships. Davidson, Miller & Sirus are also executive producing the Universal Television production with Lorne Michaels (30 Rock, Saturday Night Live), Andrew Singer (The Other Two, Portlandia), Erin David (MacGruber, Up All Night). Bupkis will premiere this Thursday, May 4 on Peacock.
Margeson’s other recent projects include Lucasfilm’s Disney Junior animated series Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures, which is also premiering on Thursday.
