Walt Disney Records will release a new soundtrack album for the Disney Channel original series Vampirina: Teenage Vampire. The album features the original songs from the show’s second season written by Jason Mater, Jordin Sparks, Dana Thomas & others and performed by cast members Kenzi Richardson (who stars in the title role), as well as Shaun Dixon, Milo Maharlik, Faith Hedley, Ji Won Lee, among others. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 2 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Let the Monster Out performed by Richardson) is already available to stream/download and can be checked out after the jump. The label has previously released an album featuring the songs from the first season last fall. Vampirina: Teenage Vampire is developed for television by Randi Barnes and also guest stars Jodie Sweetin, Ava Jean, Hollywood Records artist Hudson Stone, alongside Kim Coles who returns as Dean Merriweather.. Season 2 of the series (scored by Rebecca Kneubuhl), which tells the story of a tween vampire girl who leaves the safety of Transylvania to attend a performing arts boarding school, will premiere on October 6 on the Disney Channel and the following day on Disney+.
