Danny Bensi & Saunder Jurriaans (Ozark, Speak No Evil, The Gift, The Outsider, Black Rabbit, Enemy, Boy Erased, The Staircase,Smoke, The White Tiger) have composed the original music for the upcoming documentary Odyssey. The film is directed by Avi Belkin (Mike Wallace Is Here, No One Saw a Thing) and captures America’s greatest adventures in space: from the rise of NASA to the gripping rescue mission of Apollo 13, told entirely through over 2,500 hours of rare archival material including much never before available to the public. Belkin is also producing the Fifth Season, Playtone & Delirio Films production with Christopher Leggett (Honey Boy, The Short Game) and Rafael Marmor (Will & Harper, Ask Dr. Ruth). Tom Hanks serves as an executive producer. Odyssey will premiere next month at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival.
The composers’ other recent projects include AMC’s The Audacity, which will conclude its first season this coming Sunday and has already been renewed for a second season, as well as Apple TV’s The Savant, which will premiere this summer.
