22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the French romantic comedy drama The Electric Kiss (La Vénus électrique). The album features the film’s original music composed by Camille Bazbaz (Priceless, The Trouble with You, Après Vous). The Electric Kiss is directed by Pierre Salvadori and stars Pio Marmaï, Anaïs Demoustier, Gilles Lellouche and Vimala Pons. The movie set in 1920s Paris and follows a painter at the height of his fame who has been unable to work since the death of his wife and unknowingly participates in fake séances staged by a carnival worker. The dramedy is premiering today as the opening night film of the 2026 Cannes Film Festival and is also being released in French theaters this week.
