The full details of the soundtrack album for David Lowery’s psychological drama Mother Mary have been revealed. The album features the film’s original songs written by Jack Antonoff & Charli XCX and FKA twigs and performed by lead actress Anne Hathaway. Mother Mary: Greatest Hits will be released digitally on April 17 by A24 Music and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Two first tracks (Burial & My Mouth Is Lonely for You) have already been released as digital singles over the last few weeks. A separate album featuring Daniel Hart’s original score from the movie will be announced soon. Mother Mary is written and directed by Lowery and also stars Michaela Coel, Hunter Schafer, Kaia Gerber, Atheena Frizzell, Jessica Brown Findlay, Sian Clifford, Alba Baptista and Isaura Barbé-Brown. The drama, which follows an iconic pop star who reunites with her estranged best friend and former costume designer on the eve of her comeback performance, will be released in select theaters on April 17 before expanding nationwide on April 24.
