Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original film The Rip. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Clinton Shorter (District 9, The Expanse, 2 Guns, The Rainmaker, Pompeii, Contraband, Colony, Copshop, Code Black). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 16. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. The Rip is written and directed by Joe Carnahan and stars Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Teyana Taylor, Steven Yeun, Kyle Chandler, Scott Adkins, Sasha Calle, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Lina Esco and Nestor Carbonell. The action thriller follows a team of Miami cops who discover millions in cash inside a run-down stash house, forcing the team to question everything and everyone they thought they could rely on. The film will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
