Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the reboot of the holiday horror cult classic Silent Night, Deadly Night. The album features the film’s original music composed by Blitz//Berlin (PG: Psycho Goreman, Day of the Dead, Queens of the Dead, Still/Born, Frankie Freako, Night Shift, Extraterrestrial, Deathstalker, It Stains the Sands Red). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, December 12 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composers’ first two tracks below. Silent Night, Deadly Night is written and directed by Mike P. Nelson and stars Rohan Campbell, Ruby Modine, Mark Acheson, David Lawrence Brown and David Tomlinson. The movie follows Billy Chapman (who witnessed his parent’s murder on Christmas Eve as a child, only to grow up and become a killer himself) whose blood-soaked mission collides with love, as a young woman challenges him to confront his darkness. The slasher film is being released in theaters nationwide this weekend by Cineverse.
