Invada Records will release a soundtrack album for the Channel 4 drama Summerwater. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Gazelle Twin (aka Elizabeth Bernholz) (The Power, Welcome to the Blumhouse: Nocturne, Black Cab, Then You Run). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 25 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Summerwater is developed by John Donnelly based on the bestselling book of the same name by Sarah Moss and stars Dougray Scott, Shirley Henderson, Valene Kane, Anna Próchniak, Arnas Fedaravičius, Shereen Cutkelvin, Anders Hayward, James Harkness and Daniel Rigby. The 6-part drama takes place over the course of 24 hours as tensions mount to devastating consequences for a group of families on holiday at a remote Scottish loch-side cabin park. The series just premiered in the UK last week and the final two episodes will debut tonight and tomorrow on Channel 4.
