Dragon’s Domain Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1982 romantic drama Sophie’s Choice written and directed by Alan J. Pakula and starring Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, Peter MacNicol, Rita Karin, Stephen D. Newman and Josh Mostel. The album features the newly remastered Academy Award-nominated original score from the film composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Marvin Hamlisch (The Sting, The Way We Were, Ordinary People, The Spy Who Loved Me, The Informant!). The soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the track list and listen to audio samples. Southern Cross has previously released the original soundtrack album. Sophie’s Choice is now available on VOD, Blu-ray and DVD.
