Guillaume Roussel (The Three Musketeers: D’Artagnan & Milady3 Days to KillBlack BeautyMarie Antoinette, November Nero the Assasssin, The Spy, Happy!) is attached to score the upcoming reboot of the French feature franchise Fantomas. The film will be directed by Frédéric Tellier (Through the Fire, SK1) and is set to star Guillaume Canet, Romain Duris, Lyna Khoudri and Louis Peres. The movie is set in Paris, 1914, and follows the titular master of deception and chaos who is being chased by Lieutenant Juve as he investigates a series of violent crimes that have put the city on edge. Wassim Beji (Yves Saint Laurent, Black Box) is producing the SND production for Wy Productions. Fantomas is set to start principal photography in early 2026 and is targeting a release in French theaters in 2027. (Variety)
