Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the Dutch Netflix original series Amsterdam Empire. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Palmbomen II (aka Kai Hugo). Also included is the original song Forever Pour Toujours written and produced by Hugo and performed by Famke Janssen as Betty Jonkers (previously released as a digital single). Amsterdam Empire is created by Nico Moolenaar & Bart Uytdenhouwen and stars Janssen, Jacob Derwig, Elise Schaap, Jade Olieberg, Bart Slegers, Jesse Mensah, Yannick van de Velde, Romana Vrede, Raymond Thiry and Victor Lö. The crime drama follows a woman who finds out about her husband’s affair and hatches a bitter plan to strip him of the thing he loves most: his coffeeshop empire.The series premiered yesterday and is now available to stream exclusively on Netflix.
