I Wonder Pictures will release a soundtrack album for the Italian documentary I Love Lucca Comics & Games. The album features the film’s original music composed by Fabio Antonelli. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 28 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. I Love Lucca Comics & Games is directed by Manlio Castagna and centers on the titular pop-culture festival that draws more than 300,000 fans to the medieval city of Lucca each year. The movie features interviews with authors R. L. Stine and Licia Troisi, rapper Frankie hi-nrg mc, comic artists Pera Toons, Sio, Fumettibrutti, among others, and explores the community, values and lived experience of this unique event.The documentary premiered at this year’s Rome Film Festival and will be released in Italian theaters for three nights only on November 10, 11 & 12. No word yet on a domestic distribution deal.
