Making its linear debut in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series The Guest created by Matthew Barry and starring Eve Myles, Gabrielle Creevy, Sion Daniel Young, Julian Lewis Jones, Bethan Mary-James, Emun Elliott, Catherine Ayers, Clive Russell and Joseph Ollman. The show’s original music is composed by Blair Mowat (ClassNolly, McDonald & DoddsBlack Dog, Doctor Jekyll, After the FloodElectric Man). Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score las month following the drama’s UK debut on BBC One. Also premiering today is the independently produced TV series Hal & Harper created by Cooper Raiff and starring Lili Reinhart, Mark Ruffalo, Betty Gilpin, Havana Rose Liu, Addison Timlin and Alyah Chanelle Scott. Clyde Lawrence (The RewriteLandline) and Cody Fitzgerald (Noelle, Hard Sell) have composed the show’s original music. The comedy drama, which centers on two codependent siblings who are facing big life changes, will be available to stream in the U.S. exclusively on MUBI.

Premiering on Wednesday, October 22, is the Hulu original movie The Hand That Rocks the Cradle directed by Michelle Garza Cervera and starrin Maika Monroe, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Raúl Castillo, Mileiah Vega, Martin Starr, Riki Lindhome and Shannon Cochran. .
