Alex Baranowski (True ThingsThe KitchenThe Teacher, Locked InThe Windmere ChildrenMidas ManRain DogsA Perfect Enemy) is the composer of the new ITV drama Frauds. The show is created by Suranne Jones & Anne-Marie O’Connor (Maryland) and stars Jones herself, Jodie Whittaker, Talisa Garcia, Elizabeth Berrington, Karan Gill and Christian Cooke. The 6-part heist thriller revolves around two women who were separated by a 10-year jail spell, when one of them attempts to lure the other out of retirement for one final multi-million pound art heist, but their toxic friendship could ruin them both before they pull off the job. Jones & O’Connor are also executive producing the project with Alison Owen (Elizabeth, Jane Eyre), Debra Hayward (Les Miserables, Mary Queen of Scots), Katie Kelly & Alison Carpenter (Ghosts, Harlots), Jill Forbes (The Marlow Murder Club) and Pat Tookey-Dickson. Frauds is premiering in the UK tonight on ITV and will also be available to stream on ITVX.

Baranowski’s other recent projects include Nadia Fall’s feature drama Brides, which premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival and just opened in UK and select U.S. theaters last week.
