B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French limited series Montmartre. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Matteo Locasciulli (Weekend in Taipei, Rumba Therapy, Honeymoon Crasher, Home Sweet Rome!, The World Upside Down, Champagne, Inestimable, We Have a Dream). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Montmartre is created by Julien Simonet & Brigitte Bémol and stars Alice Dufour, Victor Meutelet, Claire Romain, Hugo Becker, Mathilde Seigner, Thibault de Montalembert, Pablo Pauly, Cristiana Reali, Roxane Turmel and Mikaël Mittelstadt. The 8-part historical drama directed by Louis Choquette is set at the turn of the 19th Century against the backdrop of the cabaret scene in the titular neighborhood in Paris and tell the intertwining stories of three different characters. The series is premiering in France today on TF1.
