B Original has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy drama A Mother’s Special Love (En tongs au pied de l’Himalaya). The album features the film’s original music composed by Michel-Ange Merino. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to two tracks from the composer’s score below. A Mother’s Special Love is co-written and directed by John Wax and stars Audrey Lamy, Nicolas Chupin and Benjamin Tranié. The movie revolves around a struggling single mother of a 6-year-old autistic boy who finds herself having to move into a shared living situation with her brother and sleeping in the living room as she juggles a complicated family. The dramedy opened in French theaters last fall. No domestic distribution deal has been announced.
