Lionsgate Records will release a new soundtrack album for the ABC drama The Rookie. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s seventh season composed by Jordan Gagne (The Recruit, Altered Carbon, Waco, The Passage, The Rookie: Feds, Brave New World, Treadstone). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 22 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. eOne Music has previously released an album featuring the composer’s music from the first seasons back in 2020. The Rookie is created by Alexi Hawley and stars Nathan Fillion, Mekia Cox, Alyssa Diaz, Richard T. Jones, Eric Winter, Melissa O’Neil, Jenna Dewan, Shawn Ashmore and Lisseth Chavez. Season 7 of the series, which follows John Nolan and the team as they welcome two new rookies and continue the hunt for two dangerous escaped prisoners who have very personal vendettas, currently airs every Tuesday on ABC and is also available to stream on Hulu.The drama has already been renewed for an eighth season.
