Xanadu has released a soundtrack album for the French comedy The Rookie Guide (Le routard). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Ludovic Bource (The Artist, OSS 117, Little Nicholas: Happy as Can Be, On the Other Side of the Tracks, Clear History). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the composer’s main theme after the jump. The Rookie Guide is written and directed by Philippe Mechelen and stars Hakim Jemili, Manon Azem, Christian Clavier and Michel Blanc. The movie follows a man who has never traveled in his life, but gets himself hired as a tour guide in Marrakech, where he is supposed to visit forty places in five days. The comedy is being released in French theaters today.
