Netflix Music has released a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original series Survival of the Thickest. The album features selections of original music from the show’s second season composed by Transcenders (Gossip Girl, Black-ish, Madam Secretary, College, Our Family Wedding, Bring It On: All or Nothing). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the first two tracks below. The label has previously released an EP featuring the composer collective’s music from Season 1 back in 2023. Survival of the Thickest is created by Michelle Buteau & Danielle Sanchez-Witzel and stars Buteau herself, Tone Bell and Tasha Smith. Season 2 of the comedy drama, which also features guest appearances by Marouane Zotti, Peppermint, Liza Treyger, Tika Sumpter, Alecsys Proctor-Turner, Deon Cole, Monét X Change, Celisse, Anderson. Paak, among others, is premiering today exclusively on Netflix.
