Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Paramount+ original movie event Star Trek: Section 31. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Star Trek: Discovery & Picard, Fargo, Ripley, The Night Of, Legion, The Man Who Fell to Earth, For All Mankind, The Umbrella Academy). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, February 14 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Star Trek: Section 31 is written by Craig Sweeny, directed by Olatunde Osunsanmi and stars Michelle Yeoh, Omari Hardwick, Sam Richardson, Kacey Rohl, Robert Kazinsky, James Hiroyuki Liao, Sven Ruygrok and Humberly Gonzalez. The movie follows Emperor Philippa Georgiou as she joins a secret division of Starfleet and – tasked with protecting the United Federation of Planets – must also face the sins of her past. The film premiered last month and is now available to stream on Paramount+.
