A soundtrack album has been released for the Chinese mystery comedy Detective Chinatown 1900. The album features the film’s original score composed by Hu Xiaoou and Nathan Wang (She’s All That, The Game Plan, You Again, Playing with Fire, Chinese Zodiac). Also included is the song Welcome to San Francisco performed by Rennie Wang. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. Detective Chinatown 1900 is directed by Chen Sicheng & Dai Mo and stars Wang Baoqiang, Liu Haoran, Chow Yun-Fat, Zhang Xincheng, Ke Bai and Yue Yunpeng. The fourth installment in the Detective Chinatown series follows Qin Fu & Ah Gui as they investigative the murder of a white woman in Chinatown in 1900 San Francisco. The comedy was released in Chinese and select U.S. theaters last weekend.
