Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the historical epic drama William Tell. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Steven Price (Gravity, Fury, Last Night in Soho, Our Planet, Suicide Squad, Baby Driver, The Aeronauts, Over the Moon, The World’s End) . The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, January 24 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. William Tell is written and directed by Nick Hamm and stars Claes Bang, Connor Swindells, Jonah Hauer-King, Ellie Bamber, Golshifteh Farahani, Emily Beecham, Rafe Spall, Jonathan Pryce and Ben Kingsley. The movie tells the story of the legendary 14th century warrior marksman who finds himself forced to take action when his family and homeland come under threat from the oppressive Austrian King and his ruthless warlords. The drama premiered at last year’s Toronto International Film Festival and just opened in UK theaters last weekend.
