Writer/director and composer Bertrand Bonello (The Beast, Saint Laurent, Nocturama, Zombi Child, On War) has signed on to score the upcoming documentary Europe’s New Faces. The film is directed by Sam Abbas (The Wedding, Alia’s Birth) and captures the migrant experience, from crossing the Mediterranean Sea out of Libya to settling in Paris-based squats. The movie explores aspects of the migrant experience, including the constant threat of legal action, the struggle to find a place to live and the exploitation in the workplace due to lack of documentation. Abbas is also producing the project for Maxxie, Suzzee & Cinema. Randleson Floyd is executive producing. Europe’s New Faces is currently in post-production for a launch in the fourth quarter of 2025.
