22D Music has released a soundtrack album for the French animated limited series The Legends of Paris (L’Armée des Romantiques). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Olivier Daviaud (Gainsbourg: A Heroic Life, Little Vampire, Footnotes, The Rabbi’s Cat, Claire Darling). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. The Legends of Paris is directed by Amélie Harrault is set in 19th century bustling Paris and follows the adventures and destinies of legendary artists including Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Louis-Hector Berlioz, George Sand, Honoré de Balzac and Charles Baudelaire. The 4-parter premiered on French television last week.
