Villalobos (aka Jose Villalobos) (Tell Me How I Die, The Substitute, A Sort of Family) has released a soundtrack album for the Argentinian Netflix original film The Man Who Loved UFOs (El hombre que amaba los platos voladores. The album features the composer’s original music from the movie and is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music services), where you can also check out the track list. The Man Who Loved UFOs is co-written and directed by Diego Lerman and stars Leonardo Sbaraglia, Sergio Prina, Osmar Núñez, Renata Lerman, María Merlino and Agustín Rittano. The biographical comedy drama is set in 1980s Argentina and tells the story of reporter José de Zer who sought evidence of aliens, creating a media circus and turning newscasts into a spectacle. The movie premiered at this year’s San Sebastian International Film Festival and made its streaming debut this past October on Netflix.
