Brad Oberhofer (The Andy Warhol Diaries, The Jewel Thief, The Cleaner) has composed the original music for the upcoming comedy Bubble & Squeak. The film is written and directed by Evan Twohy and stars Himesh Patel, Sarah Goldberg, Steven Yeun, Matt Berry and Dave Franco. The movie revolves around a couple who get accused of smuggling cabbages into a nation where cabbages are banned and must confront the fragility of their new marriage while on the run for their lives. Yeun is also producing the project with Christina Oh (Minari, Nightbitch). Bubble & Squeak will premiere in January in competition at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival.
Oberhofer’s other recent feature projects include Tommy Dorfman’s I Wish You All the Best, which premiered at this year’s SXSW Film Festival and is awaiting a distribution deal.
