Amboss Recordings has released a soundtrack album for the German comedy Alter Weisser Mann. The album features the film’s original music composed by Segun Akinola (Doctor Who, Girl You Know It’s True, Murder Is Easy, 9/11: Inside the President’s War Room, Stephen, The Last Tree). Also included is the original song Weekendfeeling by Die Fantastischen Vier. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Alter Weisser Mann is directed by Simon Verhoeven and stars Jan Josef Liefers, Nadja Uhl, Michael Maertens, Friedrich von Thun, Meltem Kaptan, Yun Huang, Elyas M’Barek, Denise M’Baye, Momo Beier and Juri Sam Winkler. The movie follows an old white man trying who has to show his “wokest” side at work in order to finally get a long-awaited promotion, but when he invites his superiors to a private dinner at his home, his family’s politically correct façade quickly begins to crumble. The comedy opened in German theaters last month.
