Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original documentary series Our Oceans. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Ho-Ling Tang. Also included is the “series opener” track composed by Harry Gregson-Williams (Shrek, The Chronicles of Narnia, Gladiator II, The Martian, Kingdom of Heaven) who serves as the project’s score producer. Our Oceans is narrated by President Barack Obama, produced by Jonathan Smith and takes viewers on a 75,000-mile cruise across and beneath the oceans as they are today. Each episode of the 5-parter delves into the unique characters of the creatures within these ecosystems, from playful and cunning to resilient and mysterious. The series will premiere next Wednesday, November 20, 2024 exclusively on Netflix.
