Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original documentary series The Comeback: 2004 Boston Red Sox. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Andrew Carroll (Lodge 49, The Resort). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 23 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Comeback: 2004 Boston Red Sox is directed by Colin Barnicle and chronicles one of the greatest comebacks in sports history when the Boston Red Sox overcame a 3-0 series deficit to defeat the the New York Yankees en route to winning their first World Series title in 86 years and breaking the infamous “Curse of the Bambino.” The 3-parter features new interviews with key players and figures such as Pedro Martinez, David Ortiz, Terry Francona, Kevin Millar & Theo Epstein, among many others. The series will premiere tomorrow exclusively on Netflix.
