Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout & Dead Reckoning, Black Widow, Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F, Top Gun: Maverick, Bad Boys for Life, His Dark Materials) has composed the original music for the upcoming Netflix original film Carried Away. The movie is directed by Jaume Collet-Serra (Orphan, Non-Stop) and stars Taron Egerton, Jason Bateman, Sofia Carson, Danielle Deadwyler, Logan Marshall-Green, Sinqua Walls, Theo Rossi, Josh Brener and Dean Norris. The thriller follows an airport security agent fights to outsmart a mysterious traveler who blackmails him into letting a dangerous package slip onto a Christmas Eve flight. TJ Fixman (Ratchet & Clank) and Michael Green (Logan, Murder on the Orient Express) wrote the screenplay. Dylan Clark (The Batman, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes) is producing the Amblin Partners production. Balfe has previously scored Collet-Serra’s last feature, Black Adam. Carry-On will premiere on December 13, 2024 exclusively on Netflix.
