Blair Mowat (Class, Nolly, Doctor Jekyll, McDonald & Dodds, The Amazing Mr. Blunden, After the Flood, Electric Man) has released a soundtrack album for the British indie drama Black Dog. The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon and most other major digital music services. Also listen to Mowat’s first track (Nathan & Sam) below. Black Dog is co-written and directed by George Jaques and stars Jamie Flatters, Keenan Munn-Francis, Hattie Morahan and Ruby Stokes. The movie follows two teenage boys from very different London backgrounds – one who is running away from his foster home in search of his sister and the other heading to the northeast of England to visit his mother – as they embark on a road trip together. The drama premiered at last year’s BFI London Film Festival and has been released in the UK on Digital this past August by Vertigo Releasing.
