MCA Nashville has released the theme song from the new NBC comedy Happy’s Place. The song is co-written (with Grammy Award-winning songwriter Carole King & the show’s composer Doug Sisemore) and performed by lead actress Reba McEntire and is now available for pre-order on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Happy’s Place is created by Kevin Abbott & Julie Abbott and also stars Belissa Escobedo, Melissa Peterman, Tokala Black Elk, Pablo Castelblanco and Rex Linn. The series follows a woman who inherits her father’s tavern and is surprised to discover that she has a new business partner, a 20-something half-sister she never knew she had. The comedy will premiere next Friday, October 18 on NBC.
