Hollywood Records will release a soundtrack album for the Hulu’s first-ever Spanish language series La Máquina. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Tomás Barreiro (La Cocina, Museo, The Good Girls, Gueros). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 11. The streaming/download link will be added to this page later this week. La Máquina is created by Marco Ramirez and stars Gael García Bernal, Diego Luna, Eiza González, Jorge Perugorría, Dariam Coco, Andrés Delgado, Lucía Méndez and Karina Gidi. The 6-part drama follows a boxer at a low point in his career who is struggling to mount a comeback and must juggle his own personal demons and protect his family, including his ex-wife, a journalist who finds herself on a collision course with the dark side of the boxing world. All six episodes of the Searchlight Television and La Corriente del Golfo production are premiering today in the U.S. on Hulu and internationally on Disney+.
