10K Projects & Capitol Records have released the original song The Top from the Netflix original film Uglies. The track co-written (with David Charles Fischer & Pom Pom) and performed by Natalie Jane is now available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also check out the official music video after the jump. Available separately as a digital single is the original song Real Thing co-written (with Charles Starling & Savage Sync House) and performed by Silverberg feat. indie pop band Joyner (listen to the track below). As previously reported, a full soundtrack album featuring Edward Shearmur’s original score from the movie was released earlier this month. Uglies is directed by McG and stars Joey King, Keith Powers, Chase Stokes, Brianne Tju, Laverne Cox, Charmin Lee and Jan Luis. The sci-fi thriller premiered this past Friday and is now available to stream on Netflix.
